Quick and easy biscuits your guests will think you spent hours to
prepare. These biscuits are perfect for any occasion, or just an evening
at home watching a good movie. Our family Thanksgiving dinner
included these absolutely delightful biscuits made by our son-in-law, Markus.

This is a double batch recipe!
2 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Salt
8 oz fine Almond Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
Extra Optional Ingredients
Garlic or Onion Powder
Whatever your heart desires
Preheat oven at 350 degrees C.
Whisk together eggs, sour cream and salt.
Weigh 8 ounces of Almond Flour. (Very important step)
Mix in flour and baking powder to the sour cream mixture.
Use a 2-tablespoon scoop to make 10 - 12 mounds.
Bake until golden brown - approx. 15 - 18 minutes.
