bowl of comforting soup. Comfort food fills the soul, gives us incredible joy and recalls beautiful memories. This super easy, gluten free, low carb clam chowder recipe is creamy and healthy all at the same time, and is ready in just 15 minutes, with only 5 ingredients!

Ingredients
2 - 6.5 oz canned clams, chopped finely, retain liquid
1 lb cauliflower florets, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients, bring to a boil
Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes
Add heavy cream
Heat just long enough for soup to be hot again
