Clam Chowder Soup

This is definitely the time of year when we can crave those warm delicious comfort foods. Shorter days, frosty mornings, and snowy afternoons prepares us for a delicious

bowl of comforting soup. Comfort food fills the soul, gives us incredible joy and recalls beautiful memories. This super easy, gluten free, low carb clam chowder recipe is creamy and healthy all at the same time, and is ready in just 15 minutes, with only 5 ingredients!

  • 2 - 6.5 oz canned clams, chopped finely, retain liquid

  • 1 lb cauliflower florets, cut in small pieces

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream


  • Combine first 4 ingredients, bring to a boil

  • Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes

  • Add heavy cream

  • Heat just long enough for soup to be hot again
